Barbara's hit 1985 album, 'Gold' gets its first ever remastered reissue with this limited edition two-disc remastered 'Special Edition' set which is limited to just 400 copies.
Featuring classic tracks including 'I Know Him So Well,' 'If You're Right,' and 'Anyone Who Had A Heart', the deluxe edition includes thirteen rarities from this era of Barbara's career including 'Someone Else's Story' from 'Chess,' 'Sit Down You're Rocking The Boat,' Skye Boat Song,' 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina', 'The Chain' and a new version of the hit 'Answer Me.'
Both discs are presented in a double jewel case with a sixteen page booklet featuring photos and extensive liner notes chronicling the making of the album, with contributions from, amongst others, producer Pip Williams, members of Barbara's band, writer Charlie Dore and Barbara herself.
The print run for this CD, available exclusively via Barbara's webstore, is limited to just 400 copies.
Previous 'Special Edition' releases of 'All For A Song'. 'Heartbeats' and 'Coming Alive Again' sold out quickly and have become sought-after collectors items, so order your copy now to avoid disappointment - as with the previous releases, once this limited edition run has sold out it will not be reissued.
