Barbara announces a series of festival appearances and live dates throughout 2025.
Following on from her short tour of Ireland in April, Barbara has confirmed that she is set to play a series of live dates across the UK between June and November, 2025.
Accompanied by Nick Holland, she will be playing live at Cottingham Folk Festival in the East Riding of Yorkshire on Sunday August 24th and new dates are now on sale for Goole, Buxton, Southport, Shrewbury, Newbury, Barnard Castle, Skipton, Sale, Milton Keynes, Worcester, Bristol, Aberdeen, St Andrews and Dunfermline.
A further show is currently being finalised and will be announced shortly. As always, all confirmed dates, including tickets, can be found on Barbara's Tour page.
"I'm far from being ready to hang up my guitar," Barbara says. "I've still got a lot to say and I am enjoying playing live as much as I ever have. Touring is tiring when you're doing so many shows back-to-back, so I'm doing it slightly differently this time and spreading my concerts throughout the year. We'll be returning to a couple of my favourite venues and also playing some towns and cities that I haven't performed in for years, so I'm very much looking forward to getting out there and doing what I love best - performing live! As always, there'll be some of the hits, covers of some songs by favourite songwriters of mine and an eclectic mix of material which I hope people will enjoy as much as we do!"
