Barbara sings two songs with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Carl Davis - 'Educating Rita' (aka 'Rita's Theme') and 'Easy Terms'.

 

The album was recorded in Bushey Hall in Birkenhead on January 5th and 6th, 1995.

 

The album was re-released on CD in 2011 as 'Those Liverpool Days - Carl Davis featuring Barbara Dickson' (CDC011 - below, right) on the Carl Davis Collection label.
